Para hacer la lechona solo se necesita comprar un cerdo grande sacrificarlo y se le sacan las tripas se refijeran las tripasde papa, arroz y se pone a cosinar con platano y con el resto del cuerpo del cerdo se le rellena el cuerpo con mas arroz y tambien se pone a cosinar y en su boca se le pone una manzana para luego repartir el tipo de carne en cualquie fiesta sea de una quinciañera, algun cumpleaños o alguna fiesta de un colegio.
CONCLUSION
La lechona es muy facil de hacer mas que todo lo hacen en el tolima ya que hayi les gusta festejar mucho y esta comida es deliciosa y mas si se acompaña con un poco de trago.
